The Apistos are one of the most popular freshwater aquarium fish because of its vibrant color and ease-of-care. These dwarf cichlids will breed easily in a well planted aquarium where the fry can survive depredation, they are extremely good parents but require specific parameters to get the fry going. The shipment will contain one male and one female, the perfect stock for display or breeding purposes. The pair will be approximately 18 weeks old at the time of shipping and will continue to grow. They are currently on a diet of brine shrimp and are kept at 200 tds 79 degrees. the fish you will receive will be the exact fish in the second picture.
