This cholla was hand selected and all brittle parts removed – these pieces are solid, strong, and hollow. If you plan to use in an aquarium, you will need to wash and boil the cholla prior to use. This not only cleanses the cholla but will aid in helping the cholla to sink faster. Collected only from dead cactus on family owned land in New Mexico.
