Waterslide decals will not work nor are they intended for use on human skin.The decals are printed on a continuous sheet and will require you to cut them out.I will include detailed instructions on how to apply them. Note that that the decals have a slightly translucent quality to them so colors will gain some shade of their background and work better on colors lighter than the decal.
