Description: Up for sale are rooted 12"-18" black turmeric plant. BLACK turmeric is much rarer than it's well-known yellow cousin. It is medicinal and can be used as an ornamental and landscaping plan. Black turmeric blooms pink flowers and nice red-streaked foliage. The stems also take on a red tint. We included a picture of the stem to show this coloration. The outdoor pictures show the plants with their red-tinted leaves, which occurs when they have more light and rootspace than the starter pots we have them in for shipping. Please visit our store.
