We can ship approximately 6 fish that are 6 inches in size or smaller, or an equivalent amount (for example: 10 fish that are 3 inches or 8 fish that are 4 inches). The most efficient way to buy multiple fish and save on shipping is to send an offer for each fish you're interested in. We will respond promptly, and once all your offers are accepted, we will issue an invoice with just one shipping charge for all your fish. Please avoid purchasing several fish with individual shipping charges. If you're keen on a particular fish and don't want to miss out while waiting for our response, simply send an offer at the listed price for any fish you wish to buy, and we will invoice you for all your selections with a single shipping charge. For fish larger than 8 inches, send us an offer for each one, and we will calculate a combined shipping cost for you. Except for fish over 18 inches, we can usually ship them together in one box and will promptly provide you with the cost. *********** ****FOR AUCTION FISH, PLEASE WAIT UNTIL ALL YOUR AUCTIONS HAVE ENDED. THEN INFORM US THAT YOU HAVE FINISHED CHOOSING YOUR FISH, AND WE WILL SEND AN INVOICE WITH ONE SHIPPING CHARGE.***** We guarantee live delivery of our fish. However, due to past experiences and factors beyond our control once the fish leave our possession, we maintain strict policies for instances where fish perish after delivery. If your fish arrives deceased, we will refund the full price paid for the fish or assist you in selecting a replacement of equal value from our stock. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If the DOA fish is obviously due to handling by the courier or arrival after the guaranteed time, you must provide us via email photos of all 6 sided angles of the package as well as the dead fish in the rubber banded bag as well as the fish with its tail cut off within 2 hours of delivery. Once the fish has been removed from the bag we shipped it in, we can no longer guarantee the fish as there are far too many factors that can cause this fish to die that we have no control over such as your pond perimeters, method used for acclimating, and more. If your fish is struggling, please contact us so that we can assist you in how to handle it properly. If for any reason you are not happy with your fish, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We want nothing more than for our customers to be happy with their decision to put their trust in us. Your order will be dispatched through UPS. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. After purchase, your fish will require a few days to be prepared for shipping, and we will send them out on the first available shipping day following payment confirmation.
