Yes this is Very Costly to Us, but it's the only way we can feel confident that you will receive your Display Case in Perfect Condition It is extremely rare for damage to occur - But it can happen... If you receive a damaged display - Please send pictures of the damaged case, as well as the packaging, to us @ the email listed on your "Thank you". No later than 7 days after receipt [There is only a 7 day window to issue a damage claim with FedEx and U.S. Postal] We will assess the damage and decide if the case needs picked up. We will give you detailed instructions if having case picked up.
