Has some wear at the bottom of the flaps, easy to throw a stitch in but it never bothered me or worsened with use. No saddle cover included - reach out to me about a deal on a bridle, bit, stirrups, stirrup leathers, a saddle pad and a girth! Local trials in Northern VA only - must message me prior for a trial.
