Description: PCGS authenticated and graded MS 65+ RB. Brilliant original orange tinted mint red, barely faded on some fields and high points, the original color even bolder on the reverse than the obverse. Frosty, satiny luster covers smooth surfaces free of notable detractions. Struck ever so slightly off center towards the lower left obverse resulted in no dentils on that side and a raised rim or "fin" on the upper right obverse. The reverse strike is aligned to 12:00. Perfect dies, Die State 1. This is the second finest New Jersey copper PCGS has ever graded, and the finest known Maris 21-N, an absolute gem.
