Description: This is an amazing piece of history. This last will and testament is of Jacob Schermerhorn and was signed by Robert Hudson in the surrogate court of Schenectady County New York. It is dated April 19, 1814. The condition is overall good. It is protected by a frame and glass. I have not removed it from the frame, but you can see slight creasing and discoloration in the paper.
