This is an outstanding example with deep mirrors with die polish lines in the fields on both sides. Obviously a first strike example. Only a few marks are hidden in the field die polish lines - By the OF and below the portrait. All other dies are on the die from the polishing. As the true transitional die pair, this is one of the highly desired of all the 1858 Pattern cent die combinations. This is one of the best examples known as well.
