This is a lot of 51 different issues of The Academy: A Weekly Review of Literature, Science, and Art magazine from 1880. These magazines were published in London. The issues missing in this lot to make it a complete year are June 19 and December 31. These magazine features great articles, information, and some small ads. This lot of magazines is in overall poor condition showing wear due to age. The pages of these magazines are very dry and are very fragile. These magazines are subject to heavy flaking and paper loss. Some of the front covers and the back covers of these issues are detached. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
