Description: A fine, unused, 1890 USA 90c Oliver Perry stamp. Generally good perforations. Deep orange colour. Well centred. Gum disturbance, so part gum. I was torn between saying this stamp is mint, never hinged and mint with the possible trace of a previous hinge. It's difficult to tell with this stamp, so I've erred on the side of caution.
