Prominent buildings shown in photos from the 1890s along Wall Street, Broadway, Fulton, Ann Street and other anchors of lower Manhattan. Also contains ads for many of the businesses included. Wear to edges of boards; binding good, first 50 pages while secure are starting to separate from spine at top three inches. Minor scattered foxing. Light stains at bottom and top edges. Pages 353 to 358 have a half-inch tear in the right margin and the last page has half-inch tear at bottom. No part of any page is missing. Inscription on flyleaf in pencil reads 1895 and the name of the original owner. No other writing, highlights or underlining. See photos for accurate condition.
