1901 Cover w/Buffalo Cancel & BC6 Pan American Exposition Cinderella! Am Expo

Here is a terrific lot from a nice Pan American Exposition collection that I have on eBay right now!This is a cover mailed from Buffalo, New York to Pen Argyl on January 24, 1901, a little over three months before the Pan American Exposition opened! As you can see, the front has a BC6 cinderella "map" stamp affixed to the lower left corner, and there is a nice Barry cancel. As you can see from the images, this cover and the accompanying invoice with a beautiful vintage company artwork on it, are from the Hard Manufacturing Company on Pearl Street in Buffalo. They specialized in parts made for bedding, and the business was promoting the city and the Pan American Exposition by using promotional cinderella stamps on their outgoing mail. By the way, the stamp identifying number (BC6) used in this description is from the high quality book called Buffalo Cinderellas. This terrific publication, which won an American Philatelic Society gold medal award, contains the fascinating stories of the two men who are most associated with the awesome souvenir stamps issued for the 1901 Pan American Exposition.
