Evans State Superintendent of Public Schools and Myrtle Phrelkild County Superintendent Schools Antique Collectible measures 15-1/4" X 12". Red Star School, 34th District, Shelby County. December 12, 1912. Not sure of the spelling of Phrelkild, signatures have faded some over time but still legible. This document has a couple tears as one can see in the photos on the upper left-hand corner and right-hand side of the document and some wear on the top of the document...these tears could easily be lined up as they fit tight together nicely and then if fixed with archival quality acid-free document repair tape and then framed this could provide for a long-lasting preservation of a rare historical document.
