The report and map covers the area surrounding Brighton including south Boulder, Golden, north Denver, Arvada, Aurora, Brighton, Louisville, and Lafayette. Although dated 1932 (the year in which the survey was conducted) no publication date is given (probably mid-1930's). Except in urban areas, the map is detailed enough to show individual buildings and, of course, the population of the area was much lower in those days. Condition: Some short edge tears to wrappers. There is a small dampstain to the upper left corner of all pages but otherwise the report is externally and internally clean with no markings. The map is bright, crisp and clean.
