Famous Spy on Way to Cousin's Trial--London: Captain Franz Von Rintelen, famous German Secret Service agent during the War, photographed in his compartment on the boat train as he left for Vienna to attend the trial of his cousin, Dr. Anton Rintelen. Dr. Rintelen is being tried on charges of high treason in connection with Austrian intrigue. Last year, after the assassination of Dr. Dollfuss, he was named as successor to the "Little Chancellor."
