Soft cover. 7" x 10", with front and back covers it totals 16 pages. Original cost was 15 cents. Interesting that at this time, medical costs were not deductable. Also there appeared to be a Surtax, a Normal tax and a Defense tax. A hand written Specimen copy of Form 1040 was also included. Very good condition-I have no problems to point out. From a pet free and smoke free home-the booklet has no odor. Only one like it on ebay. For items like this I do not use mail tracking and that helps save the buyer $3 in unnecessary postal fees.
