Description: 1940 Proof Jefferson Nickel in an older NGC holder, graded as PF65, reverse of 1940 variety. The holder is pre-bar code, I believe it is a gen 4 holder, used from 1989 to 1992. I have had this coin for many years, I always intended to send it in to CAC, but never got around to it. Please see all 11 pics. The 30 year old holder is in great shape.
