It has a seam at the waist that needs to be stitched up and some loose seams under the arm that might need reinforcing. The measurements are: 36" bust 28" waist 40" hips 43" length from the shoulder down to the hem Because of the side zipper it might fit better for smaller than these measurements and it can be belted.
