Description: 1940s soft rayon button front novelty print dress. The print and colors are amazing! I first thought it was cowboys but the woman in the print doesn’t look western and the animal is not a horse so I think Dutch or folklore. The dress has ruching at the waist. It has small belt loops on the sides and would be perfect with a black belt. The dress buttons all the way down in front with cute plastic buttons. The dress is in great condition with no issues. The measurements are: 36-38” bust 29” waist 28” waist to hem 43.5” total length
