To complete the Franklin D. Roosevelt set, the 5 cent FDR stamp (issued in 1946) is also included. All stamps are guaranteed fault-free and with undisturbed original gum and are just as fresh as they were when purchased in a post office 79 years ago. Please note that the stamps are not mounted to any surface. Because of the white borders of both the stamps and the insert, they have been scanned against a black background for a clearer view of both the stamps and the card. The original gum on the stamps has not been disturbed in any way. All stamps are shipped in protective glassine envelopes.
