She comes with her original outfit, a lovely vintage floral crown and a sweet floral posie in her hand. She does have her original barrettes on both sides and many original hair pins still in place. She is clean no odors and her body is perfect with no stains. One nub is missing from the side of her shoe and her dress is a little wrinkled, otherwise she is and wonderful shape for her age.
