Description: Challenger by Jim Clinton original vintage men’s blue wool gabardine sport coat. Made in the USA in the 1950s. Absolutely beautiful medium blue with a hint of gray (maybe slate blue would be good description). 3-patch pockets. Notch lapel. Pick stitching detail along the lapel edge. 2-button closure. 4-button cuffs. Skeleton lining. Heavily structured. Very good pre-owned condition with light raven natural wear. Just a couple minor flaws but overall it looks really nice. Tiny spot of wear on lower front pocket. Tiny hole on left sleeve a bit of wear to lower left sleeve. Tiniest little spot on lapel. And then some popped stitches along the seam where the collar attached to the lining on the inside neck. Incredibly easy fix. I’m really not great with sizing on pre-60s jackets but I believe this one fits closest to a 43/44 long but please refer to measurements below. Generous torso and sleeve length.
