Description: Up for sale is a beautiful felt banner representing the 1958 baseball World Series between the New York Yankees and Milwaukee Braves teams. In a rematch from the 1957 series these same two teams met yet again, but in a reverse role from the year prior it was the Yankees that prevailed in 7 games. This flag measures full size at 29.5” from trim to end, but unlike the 1957 versions of this pennant which can be seen on Ebay and online…this one doesn’t surface. Some signs of childhood wall presentation does exist so please resort to pictures for overall condition. Item will ship flat (can roll up if requested for additional savings) via USPS Ground Advantage service and safely secured within corrugated flats. This version is not located within Egner’s Vintage Pennant Price Guide II from 2013 and I can’t find another to compare to on any online sales via the internet.
