Exceptions are made for certain coins that we do not feel we have the expertise to grade. We note problems effecting the grade (cleaned, scratched etc) in the condition description, main description or title when we catch them. We do not claim to be perfect - we may miss things sometimes. But we are diligent in capturing problems. Questions you may ask: 1. Do you combine shipping? Answer: We do combine shipping to reduce cost (when possible). When you buy more than one single coin wait to pay so we can send you a combined shipping invoice. We send these out at least once per day. As a rule we use USPS for shipping. Coins are inside an archive quality plastic flip unless graded and in a slab (PCGS, NGC etc) or in an unopened Original Government Package. We offer the following options for you to choose from when paying the invoice: a. eBay Standard Envelope: Shipped in an Armalope Cardboard Mailer. Limited tracking is available for this option. b. USPS Ground Advantage: Shipped in a padded envelope. c. USPS Priority or Express: Shipped in a Priority or Express envelope or box. The amount is calculated by eBay based on total weight and shipping address. When combining shipping on the invoice we have to estimate that amount. If you happen to prepay for separate auctions that could have been combined (therefore paying extra shipping fees) OR if we estimate the shipping way above what it turns out to be - we will refund either via e-bay or cash in the package. 2. Can I wait to pay and bid on more coins ending the next day and get combined shipping? Answer: Yes - but all invoices must be paid within 5 days of the purchase of the first item. So, if the invoice contains multiple items - the total must be paid within 5 days of the date the FIRST item was ended. We normally prepare and send eBay combined invoices every morning between 7:30 and 10AM. We also send them when requested. 3. How long does it take to ship coins? Answer: We normally ship items within 24 hours of purchase with the exception of holidays and some weekends. The amount of time it takes to ship depends mainly on your shipping location. USPS is usually good about getting things shipped quickly. If there are issues contact us we take care of those as needed. 4. Do you guarantee authenticity of coins you sell? Answer: Yes, we do. If you feel a coin you purchased from us is not authentic - please contact us using eBay's contact seller link so that we can prepare for a returned item or work it out other ways. Also - for raw coins who's individual price exceeds $300 - we offer an option to submit the coin directly for grading for you. (PCGS or NGC only). In this case we will split the grading fee with you - currently $35 plus shipping depending on the coin - you would pay approximately $25. If the coin is determined to not be authentic - we will refund both the purchase price and your portion of the grading fee - unless you still want the coin.
