Front and back cover has wear, marks and crease, back has spotting. Spiral binding, with 253 pages. Back cover has a 1.25 inch tear, with about 1/2" wide paper missing on the bottom edge, there is also a long crease at the bottom edge. Front cover has a handwritten name and a year, which might be '1968 or 1963.' Marks on the front cover and back, page edges have wear and marks, some pencil annotation on pages. Some marks on the pages here and there, generally the pages are clean and they are well bound. Introduction states, 'this report is the summary of Louisiana's first comprehensive state inventory.' Lots of data, mostly beginning in the 60s and projections to the year 2000. Two foldout land use maps in the back. See photographs for condition.
