The column will install in the same location as your original, using your original under dash mount and the included floor mount but will require part #3000313449 to connect the column to your steering box. This column will accept your original steering wheel and also comes with a gearbox cover to make installation that much easier and the column will match the dash perfectly using the original bezel. This column uses the original transmission mounted neutral safety switch and will be 2" longer than original, making the steering wheel sit 2" closer to the driver. Add an aftermarket wheel (using an adapter) or original wheel but keep in mind that an aftermarket wheel may push the wheel closer to the driver and the original wheel will increase the overall length of the column towards the driver.
