Sets from around 1999 were bought directly from the US Mint, earlier one I bought on eBay or at coin shows. 1996 Set has the W Roosevelt Dime!! A few may have a label giving info on what is inside, the US Mint Item #, the date I received it from either eBay or the US Mint and the Price I paid! The label is usually on the inside flap! Sometimes on the back of the envelope. Some envelopes may show some wear or stickers or notes from previous owners. IF these labels pose a problem PLEASE do not buy!
