These books are priceless in helping you (or your mechanic!) find original Chevrolet part #'s for just about anything on the entire car. The Illustration book gives you exact pictures of the parts, and shows them in breakout diagrams relative to other parts in the same functional area. This make acquiring replacement parts so much easier since now you can compare online pictures to what the Chevrolet book specifies. It'll also let you know what other Chevy models might share that same part. If you have somebody else service your car, hand them these manuals at repair time. They will save the mechanic a lot of time (and time is $$) locating and removing/replacing defective parts. Plus there is a ton of vehicle specific data in these books.....body codes, trim codes, engine codes, transmission codes, option codes, etc. CONDITION: Good Condition set for their age. Aside from some normal usage + age yellowing / fraying at the edges (Illustration Book mainly) they are in decent condition. Light-to-moderate used is my guess since there are no missing pages - but there are a few mechanic writing / scribblings. Covers are bound tightly. Solid set for your collection~! NOTE: There are 2 separate books -- the Chassis Parts book lists all of the Grouping and Part #'s, as well as tons of information about paint & body trim codes, body codes, VIN # breakdowns, Axle Codes, Engine Block Codes, etc. Book #2 is just for Breakout Diagrams/ Illustrations. This Illustration book is printed on a pale greenish paper compared to the white paper of the Chassis Parts book. NUMBER OF PAGES: Unknown since each specific Group starts at Page 1 and goes up, the book overall does not have sequential numbering. Several hundred pages at least. Books (together) are a total of about 4 1/2" inches high.
