Description: 1968 Egypt Silver 1 Pound UNC - Power Station of Aswan Dam This beautiful coin commemorates the Power Station for Aswan Dam and is made from .720 Silver with an Actual Silver Weight (ASW) of .580 Troy Ounce (ozt). The Obverse features the Power Station for Aswan Dam with grain springs flanking it. The Reverse features the dates divided by the denomination and the inscription "Remembering the Start of the Production of Energy by the Great Dam" in Arabic listed above it.
