One is NOS (but will need significant lubrication) and the other is used. Not sure if the used one is exactly the same as the other or not, it's threw in as a bonus for free only. Determine fitment and side fitment from the pics. The box is in rough shape as shown. Not sure exactly what it fits so go with the part number and pics for ID and fitment only. Use the part number to make sure this will fit your application before purchasing. Keep in mind this has sat in storage for years as you can see, so it could use some cleaning. Again, if you want the box protected message before buying or the box will more than likely not be included or be broken down and used as packaging in the box, or maybe as the main shipping box. All of these NOS items will need to be relubricated and probably cleaned before use. Keep in mind these parts have sat in storage for the last 30/40/50 years, so some do show some shelf wear.
