Description: This Olympia Deluxe SM9 typewriter has lived a very protected life.While not an expert I am an old typewriter guy who knows his way around the keyboard.Although I did not test every feature of this SM 9 I did test quite a few and found they worked flawlessly.The cosmetic condition of the machine is beautiful. The keys show no wear whatsoever and the body is excellent.The platen has a few spots where the letters/numbers are showing lightly. As you can see by what I typed the ribbon is ready to be replaced.The case is solid and in very nice condition with just a few scuffs. (no key).Check the pictures carefully as they are a part of the description. Summary : Other than a new ribbon and a light cleaning I would say the new owner is "good to go".Thanks,Ron
