This set is in fairly good condition considering its age. The pieces all function and connect tightly as they used to and all the cars roll smoothly. There is little to no signs of paint wear or scratches but the cloth from the bed is worn off and the patio set umbrella is bent. It comes as shown with all of its original characters and most of its accessories but is missing 3 plastic letters, the coffee table and barbecue. It does come with an extra person, a magician or ringmaster, and also includes an extra chair. It includes the original box which it will be shipped in since it is already faded and worn. This is a must have for Fisher Price collectors. Shipping cost includes delivery confirmation.
