Rebuild includes complete professional machine work on the block with a newly ground crankshaft, a 0.30 over Bore and new pistons and rings, all new bearings, rebuilt heads, all new valve drain components, as well as all new accessories including water pump, fan, and fan clutch, starter, alternator, radiator, all new belts, and hoses. Also, The complete wiring harness was replaced with American auto wire complete harness, including all new gauges. The 727 torque flight automatic three speed transmission and transfer case were also rebuilt and new transmission coolant lines were added. A new transmission shifting cable was installed. Both front and rear driveshafts Were cleaned and lubed and received new U joints. Front and rear differentials were serviced with fresh fluid and new seals. The brake system was rebuilt with new front calipers and rear brake cylinders, as well as all new steel brake lines as well as rubber lines, accompanied by a new master cylinder and a new brake booster and the brake distribution block. Cooling system was refreshed with a new water pump, new water hoses, new radiator with a new fan and fan clutch, and a new heater core. The interior upholstery is an excellent shape, but the flooring is less so.
