Description: Vintage 1995 CD Forms Electronic CD-ROM Catalog Description Up for sale is a vintage CD Forms Electronic CD-ROM Catalog from 1995. This CD-ROM was kept in its original tri-gate fold out cardboard sleeve for most of its life and I can't really recall ever checking it out back in the day. My memories from this period are a bit fuzzy as it just seemed that there was a point where we were getting tons of things like this in the mail. Anyways, the CD-ROM was kept on a shelf for a few years and then relocated to a storage bin which may have caused a bit of wear on the cardboard disc holder that it came in. This bit of wear appears mostly in the form of noticeable crease marks along the folds with some minor crushing on the cardboard jewel sleeve like case and what have you. The CD-ROM itself may also have a few scratches on the back which did not come about as a result of being played and used in a drive but rather as a result of being kept in a cardboard sleeve which has a very narrow slit that makes it a bit difficult to remove and put back into without running into some potential scratches on the surface of the disc itself. Overall, the disc looks pretty good though I unfortunately don't have a means by which to test it out anymore, so I'm pretty much selling it in as-is condition.
