It is a new patch, never having been used. This sleeve patch measures approximately 4” x 4 3/4" at the widest points. Because it was manufactured in the 90's it does not come packaged as do those manufactured after 1999. It can be sewn or ironed on. All of our patches come from a smoke-free environment.
