1996 Fender American Standard Stratocaster - EMG 81/85 - HSC - Parts Guitar

Description: This is a parts guitar. I found it at a local pawn shop, hoping the body was '96 with the finish removed. (It was not) 1. The guitar body is of unknown origin,although pickguard screw pattern matches a USA/MIM Fender. The bridge is korean. (Il Sun) 2. I built the EMG Pickguard with full solderless wiring. Battery is located between the pickups.3. Neck is authentic '96 USA Fender. Whats it worth? Neck would sell by itself for $400 - $450, EMG Loaded pickguard (used) about $200. My effort to build a good working instrument...Priceless. Weight 7lb 8oz Note: If I could find a 96 body w/ Bridge in the $300 range, I would set this guitar right and list it for $1200. I'm looking but in the mean time selling what I have.
