Description: A fine 19th century Sheraton chest with a carved crest featuring bullseye decoration, surmounting two glove boxes over a case with four graduated drawers with birdseye maple veneer drawer fronts with mahogany veneer borders and round wooden pulls, flanked by nicely carved front corner legs with turret bullseye decoration continued, all supported by four turned feet. Probably New Hampshire in origin, in very good overall condition, with minor surface imperfections, minor loss on the back, and light wear commensurate with age and use.
