Description: This 2000 MacKenzie-Childs Hopscotch Teapot is a unique, hand-painted vintage piece perfect for any tea lover's collection. The round and hexagonal teapot features a polka dot pattern and teal, purple, black, brown, and red colors, with a metallic iridescent bronze handle and metal/acrylic finial on the lid. It is made of clay/stoneware materials. With a lid and a handle, this teapot is decorative and functional. It is a licensed original with an impressed backstamp and a glossy finish with matte polka dots. This whimsical piece is part of the Hopscotch product line and was manufactured in the United States using pottery techniques. This piece was made by the original owners of the brand before it was sold and went into mass production. Since they are hand-painted, no 2 are exactly alike. Each piece is a unique work of art. Pre-owned, but in LIKE NEW condition. It does not appear to have been used and was probably only a display piece. There are no chips, cracks, scuffs, scratches, or crazing.
