A package weighing 1 lb. and 1 oz. costs $9.15 to mail anywhere in the United States, and I have to supply the box. I have chosen to use flat rate boxes as a way to lower our shipping costs. On card orders of 76 - 200 cards I use a small flat rate box. On orders of 201 - 2,200 a medium flat rate box is used and 2,201 - 3,500 a large flat rate box.
