We've never built anything before so we needed a "plan for dummies" and this has everything we could hope for. In addition, when asking about possible additions at a later date Terry offered to draw those up also for an amazingly small fee. The plans were lost in delivery by the postal service (along with another package the same day) and Terry still didn't abandon us. He went beyond the call of duty (since it was in no way his fault) and made sure that we had our plans. This is an A-1 company. I would recommend it to anybody and everybody. FBThe best of the best.
