Description: FRE3 Waterdeep module for Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 2nd Edition game system. Set in the Forgotten Realms and is a great module. It is also compatible with 1st Edition AD&D as well. This is NOT a print on demand copy. Overall this is in fair condition. The cover has surface scuffing, corner dings, and edge wear. Also has parts of the front cover has some fading as well. Inside cover has some light staining, but does not affect text. The booklet inside is in fair condition, with most of the issue being the first page with a surface tear (still attached) and staining that affects the first page and a little bit on the 2nd page. Two staples do not have any staple rust, but the bottom staple has heavy staple rust. Otherwise the rest of the pages do not have any markings/highlighting, no rips/tears, no missing pages, and no bends/folds. The map is actually in very good condition with minimal wear and no pinholes at the corner folds. Item will be shipped in a hard cardboard box with packing material to reduce any chance of damage due to shipping. I will combine shipping with multiple items purchased.
