It’s the perfect combination of efficiency and safety, made from highly durable steel—built to withstand heavy loads and harsh conditions. It has a ratchet mechanism, which ensures proper tensioning of chains around the load. Learn more about the product below:- Versatile Compatibility: Our jaw load binders are designed to fit 5/16" - 1/4" chains, anchor points, straps, or ropes (secured to the jaws). They will enable you to secure and stabilize the cargo loads during transportation. The jaws are zinc-coated to protect against environmental elements. The chains will easily connect with the end fittings—jaw, secured with a metal bolt and nut. Robust Construction: We have engineered our chain load binders from highly durable and strong steel. They will withstand heavy loads under rugged conditions. The binders are powder-coated to ensure longevity and resistance to corrosion and rust. Additionally, our binders can handle a load capacity of 3,500 lbs with a breaking strength of 12,250 lbs. Optimal Length: Our ratchet chain binders with jaw and jaw offer optimal handle lengths of 8-1/8 inches, a barrel length of 6-5/16" inches, and a take-up of 5-1/8 inches. They have a great bearing-to-bearing length of 12-5/8" - 17-3/4", allowing you to accommodate various load sizes. It has an overall length of 12-5/8 inch and the screw diameter is 9/16". You can twist them to extend them out to provide extra reach when hooking the binder to the equipment, thus giving you leverage to tighten the chain. Secure End-Fitting & Ratchet Mechanism: The load binder has a twisting ratchet mechanism that allows for the chain's desired tensioning (tightening). It will prevent the load from shifting or loosening on your flatbed trailers, trucks, and other vehicles, enhancing flexibility and safety in load-securing operations. Note: Do not use the working load limit to avoid injuries. Installation Guide: You don’t need professional help or additional tools for installation. Follow the steps below:- Secure one end of each chain to the vehicle's anchor points—wrap the chain around the load and hook the chain end to the vehicle's designated anchor points. Place the load binder in between the two chain ends—ensure it's in an accessible position. Extend the jaws of the ratchet binder by twisting the screws around the barrel. Attach the hook to the jaw and ensure both jaw hooks are securely latched onto the chain links. Now, a ratchet mechanism can tighten the chains according to the requirements.
