Description: A very easy to grow and undemanding Bellflower. Hardy, drought resistant and can tolerate dry shade. Grows in clumps 1-1.5' tall and wide; the heart-shaped leaves have a fuzzy, grayish appearance. The tall sturdy stems hold several hanging ivory white, nodding 'bell' flowers. Blooms late spring and early summer; deadheading will encourage sporadic reblooming until early fall. This plant does well in full sun, half shade and light shade. Thrives in well-drained, average soil with average moisture (medium to medium-moist) to slightly dry soil. Grows well along woods' edges and planted under dappled canopies, even in soils with lots of roots. Hardy Zones 3-7.
