If you should happen to get DOA bugs, do not dispose of them, you may be required to return them for a refund or replacement. DOA bug disclaimer: Please have someone available to receive the package when delivered or have your post office hold for pick up. Packages left in mailboxes or unattended in areas exposed to direct sunlight or other source of high or low temperatures may result in dead ladybugs. It is your responsibility, not ours, to take whatever steps are needed to prevent overheated bugs. For all packages that are left outside unattended anywhere that the sun may be on them for more than a few minutes regardless of the outside temperature above 85 degrees the temperature inside the box will increase 40 degrees in 30 minutes with over 50% of the temperature increase happening in the first 10 minutes.
