Some of the parts were new but most were used and a lot are unknown years. Pull off parts could be taken off of the bike for multiple reasons. Most reasons would be: replaced by an aftermarket part, defected in some way, color change, dings, scratches, nicks, chips, dents and bends. Over stock parts are just parts that have been sitting for a long period of time that have not moved. We are not responsible for fitment issues and it is the buyers responsibility to assure that this part would fit their bike. They do not come with any mounting hardware nor bolts as shown in the pictures.
