Description: The plate is decorated with florals depicting chrysanthemums, prunus, peony, ferns and scrolls, in distinct & bold classic Japanese Imari style. The colors are intense cobalt blue, iron red and gilt. The plate is 8 1/2" and in good condition. The backside bears the iron stone mark used ca 1850.
