Description: In 2019, IBM held a corporate event in London at ABBEY ROAD Studios. Abbey Road Studios does not do public tours on any scale, and rarely rents out the building for events. It was a privilege to walk into the 2-3 studios where the Beatles recorded all of their music in the 1960s. Sitting on top of the piano used by John Lennon and Paul McCartney to record "Sexy Sadie" and many other Beatles classics was this menu standee. Right before I left, I grabbed this little historical specimen. It is approximately 8" in height and features a quote by Paul on one side, the menu for the evening being served by Abbey Road and the theme of the evening "The Sound of Reinvention". A treasure directly from Abbey Road Studios and adorned on one of the most famous pianos in the world, used by the Beatles, Pink Floyd, and many others.
