This is Freidberg 759, which makes it a Federal Reserve Bank Note from the Cleveland district. This is a perfect note for a type collection as this is a relatively inexpensive Fine with no problems besides heavy wear. There is no premium for a tough district. This note is graded by PCGS as Fine 12. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS. Shipping Shipping will be done by USPS Priority mail.
